The hotel is right next to the train station. There's a reasonably priced parking lot across the train tracks which doesn't require you to move the car at all. Good food within walking distance, and a McDonald right in the station 300m away.

Very clean. Everything worked in the bedroom. TV had channels in different languages. We had little contact with staff, but those we met were friendly and helpful. There is a vending machine in the lobby selling water and beer for €2. it also sells snacks. It’s good value for money. Good shower. great location right next to rail and bus stations.

Good location off the highway, but also walking distance to a variety of restaurants. We spent the night in Rosenheim on our way back from Austria, and picked this hotel due to its location. It was a very good choice. Room for four was very functional, with bunk beds for the kids. Staff was very friendly and directed us to the nearby parking.

Staff speaks English no problem, I was able to to get enough support needed. Everything seems automatized, so no need to use keys (make sure to keep the room code with yourself or somewhat memorized). Location is perfect, literally next to train station and surprisingly, it was quiet at night. I expected to hear loud trains at the evening, but not true! The building is located near everything, e.g. bus station, train station, city centre. Location couldn't be any better! I had a fantastic room with nice view to the town, I loved it! In general, my experience was fantastic!

The room was a nice cool temperature which was marvellous, especially during the heat wave, the room also was very clean and very neatly set up, even the toilet paper was folded in at the beginning! Everything in the room works as it should work, a power outlet next to the bed with a night stand. Noise cancelling rooms for extra rest and just overall a pleasant stay!

The room was immaculately kept clean and provided all the neccessities that is required for a visiting professor to hold meetings, prepare for lectures and still relax.

Very clean rooms, with a great shower and staff are very friendly. We checked in a late hour so we did all check in using the stand at the entrance and it was very comfy, till we get the room code number. Reasonable priced food and beverage vending machines at the entrance floor. Convenient parking, though with an extra charge. Perfectly located near the train (40 minutes to Munich central station), bus stations, and the old city center.

The B&B Hotel was a perfect place to stay as a stopover night enroute to our destination. The self check-in was fast and very easy. Our room was comfortable and clean.

Perfect hotel on our way to Austria. Exactly what we expected. Cheap, clean and silent. I'm only hesitant to leave this very high rating in hope prices won't be increased.
